Therapy
A warm, relational space to make sense of what you are carrying, reconnect with yourself, and explore what might be possible, with a little room for creativity and play.

I am Peter Andrew Danzig, an award-winning international public speaker, psychotherapist, researcher, and culture strategist. I work at the intersection of psychology and organizations because, well, people bring their whole selves to therapy, home, and work.
What helps people feel safe enough to become more fully themselves? The same question in a therapy room, a research paper, and a boardroom.
A warm, relational space to make sense of what you are carrying, reconnect with yourself, and explore what might be possible, with a little room for creativity and play.
I explore play, belonging, well-being, and human behavior, and translate the science into ideas that are useful, curious, and grounded in real life.
I help leaders make workplaces more human through thoughtful strategy around culture, inclusion, psychological safety, well-being, and the messy reality of being people at work.
